Worth knowing
General
Upload your logo (and choose whether it appears on customer-facing documents), enter your business details (name, phone, email, website, tax number, full address), pick your timezone, currency, and business language, and find your public booking link.
Preferences
Your weekly working-hours grid and holiday list (used by the "find next available slot" helper and the public booking page's lead-time check), booking lead time, invoice due days and estimate expiry days, default tax rate, a review link (required for the "send review request" button on jobs to work), terms & conditions text shown on documents, accepted payment methods, and — if bank transfer is an accepted method — a bank transfer IBAN field shown on invoices.
My Subscription
Your current plan, its price and status, and a dropdown to change plans (self-service and instant — blocked only if your active team is larger than the new plan's team limit). This tab is also where you connect your own Stripe account (secret and publishable keys) so customers can pay invoices online — see Estimates & Invoicing. A read-only billing history for your platform subscription is listed here too.
Integrations — Xero and QuickBooks
Connect your own Xero or QuickBooks Online account and your books stay in step. Customers, invoices, payments, credit notes and refunds, estimates and expenses all go across; for QuickBooks, so do the hours your team has recorded, as payroll time entries.
Sync everything now brings across anything that has not made it yet — including everything from before you connected. It works in batches and tells you what is left, so a business with years of history runs it a few times. Set it to every day or every week and it runs on its own. It is off unless you turn it on.
Nothing is ever sent twice. Every record is remembered against what it became at the other end, so running a sync again only sends what is genuinely missing — which is what makes it safe both as a retry and as a way to bring history across.
Worth knowing
Site
Your public web address, and the way into the visual editor for your site. See Your website.
Notifications
Turn on browser push notifications, set how many minutes before a job's start technicians get a reminder, and turn on the two opt-in operational alerts (late start, overdue progress) with their own minute thresholds. See Chat & Notifications for what each alert does.
Documents
General-purpose file storage for business documents — licenses, insurance certificates, and similar — separate from files attached to a specific customer, job, or invoice.
Support
A link into the Support page for contacting us directly with account or billing questions.
Appearance
Pick a background color and an accent color for your account; these generate the color theme used across the whole app for everyone on your team.
Language
The platform's interface can be switched to any of 23 languages from the General tab. Today, only English has translated content — other languages are available in the selector but will fall back to English text until translations are added.
