Reviews, Campaigns & Referrals
Reviews
A completed job can send the customer a review request. Their rating and comment come back into the reviews list, with your average shown at the top. Requests are sent from the job rather than in bulk, because a review asked for the day the work was done is worth more than one asked for a month later.

Campaigns
A campaign is an email to your customer list — either everyone, or everyone carrying a tag you have applied. You write it once, preview it, and send. Sends go through the same queue as the rest of the platform's email, so a large list does not block the app while it goes out.
The reachable count shown before you send is the number of emails that will actually be attempted. Anyone who has unsubscribed, or who has no email address on file, is already out of it — so the figure does not quietly shrink once you press Send.
What this does not do
Service reminders
The one email that sends itself. Turn it on, choose an interval, and a customer whose last visit was longer ago than that gets a reminder — without anybody running a report or keeping a list. It is off until you switch it on, and the page tells you how many people it would email today before you do.
| Rule | Why |
|---|---|
| Nobody is reminded twice in one interval | Being overdue is a state people stay in. Without this, the same customer would be emailed every day. |
| Anyone already booked or holding a quote is skipped | Telling somebody their service is due when they are in your diary for Tuesday reads as though you cannot see your own calendar. |
| Customers with no work history are never emailed | Somebody typed in from a phone call that never became a job is not overdue a service. |
| Very old customers are left alone | Past three intervals it stops being a reminder and starts being cold outreach. |

Referrals
Each business gets a referral code. When a business signs up with it and later upgrades to a paid plan, both sides get free months — the referrer and the referred. The reward is granted at the moment of upgrade, and at most once per referred business.
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Programme active | Whether referral codes are honoured at all. |
| Free months awarded | How many each side gets. Applies to both equally. |
| Terms text | The wording shown to business owners. Blank uses the default. |
