This Cookie Policy explains how On Site & Ready uses cookies and similar technologies on the On Site & Ready website and web application (together, the "Service"), and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, which behaves like a cookie but is stored differently by your browser.
2. Cookies We Use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
The Android application does not use cookies. It signs in with a token held in the device's own encrypted keystore rather than a browser session, and stores today's work and anything waiting to send in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the app removes all of it. Nothing described in this policy applies there.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies and local-storage entries are set by third parties who provide services to us, such as our database/authentication provider (Supabase). These providers may also process this information under their own privacy policies; see Section 5 ("How We Share Information") of our Privacy Policy for the list of providers we use.
4. How to Control Cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because strictly necessary cookies are required to sign in and use the Service, blocking them will prevent the Service from working correctly.
On your first visit to our website you will see a cookie notice. It asks whether we may switch on analytics, and analytics stays off unless you say yes. Declining is one click and is no harder than accepting. Your answer is stored in a single cookie (fsmp_cookie_consent) so you are not asked again on every page.
You can change your mind by clearing that cookie in your browser, which brings the notice back. If we add anything else optional in future, the notice will ask again rather than treating your earlier answer as agreement to something new.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
